- Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different one, please indicate this in your return request. We will reserve the new item for you while processing your return.
